We are VisionPulse, a team of innovators from the University of Melbourne, all focused on one goal:​

Our mission is to provide patients with the tools they need to monitor their retinal health at home, enabling early intervention, preventing the progression of DR, and ultimately improving patient outcomes.​

The device is designed with user-friendliness in mind, allowing patients to monitor their retinal health independently. With intuitive controls and easy-to-follow instructions, patients can effortlessly use the device in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring regular monitoring without the need for frequent clinic visits.
Comprehensive Monitoring
Experience the power of dual monitoring with a device that integrates both Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and a fundus camera. This comprehensive approach ensures a thorough analysis of retinal health, capturing detailed images and cross-sectional views to detect any early signs of Diabetic Retinopathy.
Advanced Algorithms
The advanced imaging comparison algorithm is at the core of this technology. It automatically detects and highlights any abnormal changes in retinal images over time, providing an early warning system to catch potential issues before they progress.
Automatic Notifications
Stay informed with an automatic notification system. If the device detects any irregular changes in retinal health, the patient will be promptly advised to consult a doctor, ensuring timely action to protect vision.
